Whiskey River's Favorite Recipe for: Standard Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons of dried basil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of parsley (fresh or dried)
- 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
Instructions:
- Our steaks do not need to be tenderized BUT if you prefer the marinade to penetrate deeper to provide a stronger flavor, we recommend you tenderize it with one of the all stainless steel multi blade spring-bounce tenderizers
- Gently massage the marinade into the meat to ensure it thoroughly coats the steaks and allow them to marinate for a minimum of 4 hours but we prefer to let them marinate for 6-8 hours.
- We recommend to only cook to a level of medium or medium rare to maintain the maximum nutritional content and flavor.
