Whiskey River's Signature Balsamic Tri Tip Marinade


  • 2-2.5 lbs tri-tip roast
  • cloves minced garlic
  • teaspoons rosemary (fresh or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar


  1. Gently massage the marinade into the meat to ensure it thoroughly coats the steaks and allow them to marinate for a minimum of 8 hours but do not exceed 24 hours. 
  2. Cook via method of your choice
