Whiskey River's Signature Recipe for: Santa Maria Tri Tip Marinade
Ingredients:
- 2 - 2.5 lbs tri-tip roast
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Directions:
- Gently massage the marinade into the meat to ensure it thoroughly coats the steaks and allow them to marinate refrigerated for a minimum of 8 hours but do not exceed 24 hours.
