What's Included?
Indulge in our locally raised Tennessee beef, lovingly nurtured on a diet of grass and whiskey mash.
Your Reservation Covers:
- Steaks: Approximately 40 pounds, including cuts such as Ribeye, New York Strip, Tenderloin, Top Sirloin, Delmonico, and Flat Iron (based on availability)
- Ground Beef: About 90 pounds, each portion individually vacuum-sealed in 1-pound packages.
- Other Cuts: Approximately 50 pounds, including cuts such as roasts, short ribs, brisket, stew meat, and fajita meat (based on availability)
We are currently accepting reservations for upcoming processing dates.
The final cost for the half beef will be determined by its ultimate freezer weight at a rate of $10.00 per pound.
The $10.00 per pound price includes:
- USDA processing.
- Beef portions frozen and vacuum-sealed for freshness.
- Shipped to your door
The weight you take home will depend on the live weight of the animal and the precise cuts made by our skilled local artisans. On average, a half beef yields a finished weight ranging from 180 to 220 pounds.
Your initial $500 deposit will be deducted from the total purchase price. We will issue an invoice for the final payment after processing is complete.
For half beef reservations, we adhere to our standard cut sheet, a favored choice among our customers. This includes 1-pound ground beef portions, 2-3-pound roasts, and steaks cut to a thickness of 1.25 inches.
